Could be as little as two weeks or as much as 120 days depends on your insurance company and your state law.

It depends on your insurance company.
Call to see if they got the fax. Then refax it. Call your agent. Call the guy who came out to the house. Call the branch manager. If that doesn’t work find the name of the president of the company online and write him or her.
If you make enough noise you have a better chance of it being processed quickly.
